Born in the highlands of Ethiopia. Grown 1,200–2,200m. Self-pollinating tetraploid. Lower caffeine (~1.5%), higher sugars and acids β€” the species of specialty.

CRAFT NOTE

Specialty Arabica is hand-picked cherry by cherry. A picker may select only the ripest 30% on a branch, returning weeks later for the rest.
